If you use them in the scenario, people will definitely NOT do what you wanted them to, either it being buy, click, visit the website, or whatever.&nbsp; I’ll give you 5 most common ones which you can immediately remove if you’re using them. 1. “You are the problem.” Never should you say to your audience that they are the problem. 99% of the people on this planet don’t believe that and they will just scroll away.&nbsp; 2. “You know what to do.” No. They don’t. Never confuse them. 3. “You are {a negative thing}.” Never say to people that they are fat, stupid, that they have a dirty roof, and ugly furniture, etc. Just tell them that they can be opposite because the first one doesn’t work, and they’ll hate you.&nbsp; 4. “You are/were wrong.” Similar to the first one, 99% of the people on this planet won’t agree with you reflexively. <h2>Why is “Free consultation” useless if you’re a local business and what to use instead?</h2> You probably saw “Do X and get a free consultation.”&nbsp; Free consultation can be extremely good, but if you’re selling online. If you’re a local business, you shouldn’t be using it. Why? Because it doesn’t make sense at all. Imagine you want to buy a house, and an ad pops up. It’s an ad for a real estate agent who offers a free consultation. How will a consultation help you? It won’t. Even if the agent would help you a lot, our brain doesn’t recognize that because of the approach. What to use then? A different form. You can still offer free help, just change the approach. Some of the best approaches you can use are:&nbsp; - “X tips on…” - “X hacks to…” - “X to get…” - “X tricks for…” You get the point. You need a number, some tip, trick, hack, or whatever, and the most important thing: a really specific outcome. For instance, “4 tips for buying your first house in Los Angeles this summer.” Or, “3 tricks to stop morning headache.”&nbsp; A number + trick/hack/… + really specific outcome. Absolutely everyone who is remotely interested will take the “bait”. If you’re already offering your time and help, make it work. These are mistakes business owners usually make: 1. Not prioritize the text in the ad. Text is the most important part of the ad. In the script, as a primary text, as everything. If you don’t make this well, but make everything else great, it won’t matter. Start worrying about the text first thing. 2. Underestimate creative.&nbsp; Even though text is the most important thing, creative is immediately after.&nbsp; You can attract attention, keep attention, complement the text, show yourself, etc. It has many potentials, and you just need to use them.&nbsp; 3. Don’t have a document with all of the information and feedback from ads. If you don’t track and check results regularly, how will you know if you’re doing well? You need to know everything about your ads. Not only them, but monthly sales, budgets, investments, etc.&nbsp; 4. Don’t use A/B testing. A/B testing is a phenomenal way to see what works. Ask your customers and clients “Why?”.&nbsp; The amount of valuable information you can get from simply asking “Hey, I’m gathering information from my customers and clients about their experience so I can improve it. Can you tell me why did you choose us, why did you decide, etc.” That one question can give you information that business startups would pay thousands of dollars for. Use that.&nbsp; 2. Invest in marketing. Most people talk about marketing like some bill they have to pay or put a budget aside for. Well, marketing is everything you have actually. Without marketing, you won’t move forward with your business. And no, word of mouth isn’t marketing. You can’t count on John saying to his aunt that you’re a good dentist. That’s just ridiculous.&nbsp; 3. Revision ads. Nearly no one does this, and it's beyond helpful. Grammar, angles, words, synonyms, everything should be revised in order to make the best ad possible at the moment.&nbsp; Really easy thing to do, and most people make a mistake by not doing it. Don’t be like that.&nbsp; 4. Wait too long to follow up with leads/potential buyers. The longest period you could wait is 24 hours, and that’s optimistic.
