Asking questions is always the way, especially in business.
For some reason, I went through a LOT to convince my clients to ask this question.
After they did, the results have left them flabbergasted.
You need to know something from your customers so your business can grow.
Without this piece of information, you lack fundamental knowledge about your audience.
And as we know, the better you know them, the more you can sell them.
The funny thing about this is that many business owners I’ve worked with were uncomfortable with asking this question only because no one does, and that’s why most businesses fail and stay passive.
We don’t want that for you.
So next time someone buys from you, you can ask them through email, ask them in person, or any way you think it’s polite.
And simply, it’s “why”.
As simple as it sounds, if a customer answers you why they bought from you, you just get free information and data people pay for.
It’s not impolite to ask them, they won’t tell you to piss off.
Just ask them, have a conversation with them, and collect valuable information you can later use.
And with that gold of information you have, you can make advertising and get even more sales.
