5 underrated Lead Magnets that will increase your sales 5 times

Because everyone liked the previous article, I will give you 5 more underrated and not-so-popular lead magnets you can use.

1. Free course/tutorial.

This is the easiest and the broadest one.

You can basically make anything.

Make your imagination go wild.

As long as it's useful to them, you’ll know because your previous clients will tell you, you’re good.

2. Grader/calculator.

You can use this in 2 ways.

One is to calculate calories, how much cleanser for your room based on the surface area, etc.

Directly correlated to your service.

The second one is to calculate the price.

Simple, easy to do, and there are at least a million software and programs that will help you with that.

3. Guide.

There are numerous types of guides you can make.

It can be about your business, guiding them through your e-book, material, or website or it can be something related to your service overall.

If you’re a real estate agent, you can make a guide for “Selling your house for the first time?”.

If you’re a carpet cleaning company, you can make “A guide to buying a high-quality carpet.”

You get the point.

4. Checklist.

Checklists are pretty easy to make but people value them a lot.

You can make them as simple as “5 things you need to do before buying a new house” or “3 exercises to do daily to increase agility”.

Pretty much depends most on your service and which small tips you can offer to them.

5. Workbooks.

In its simplest form, a workbook is a download-and-complete resource that helps people apply the principles of your blog post to their own business.

The goal of a workbook is to have the participant learn by doing.

As the teacher in this scenario, you're positioning your business as an expert on the subject matter at hand.

With that in mind, you'll want to choose the exercises included in your workbook carefully.

Tease information out of the participant gradually, so that at the end of the workbook they can combine their short answers into a comprehensive piece of work.
